Woodbridge Parkway Maintenance Association is a private homeowners association located within Woodbridge, a master-planned community located in Irvine, CA. There are over 9,600 homes within Woodbridge, for an overall population of approximately 30,000 residents. The Association has been in existence since 1976 as a mutual benefit, non-profit corporation. The community was developed by the Irvine Company but is a separate entity and is not controlled by the developer.
